At my Pilates studio, beginners start with an initial 90-minute appointment, which costs £75 and includes:

In this consultation, we will discuss your reasons for choosing Pilates and your aims or goals and develop your personal programme.

Please Note
As an investment in your wellbeing, your £75 fee for the initial appointment will be waived when you book a block of 10 or more sessions. I recommend that clients take two sessions per week.
All block bookings must be paid for in advance. Consistency is crucial for your progress so block sessions are valid for four months.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in place. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged. However, where possible an alternative appointment within the same week may be offered to clients with block bookings.
